Forbes Report: SEO and Emails/e-newsletters Most Effective
Forbes Magazine recently released a study that answered the following question:
Which of the following digital media do you find most effective when it comes to generating conversions?
Well, I guess you can tell by the headline that the answer is SEO and Emails/e-newsletters. SEO or Search Engine Optimization was rated #1 by 48% of respondents in terms of conversions and 46% of respondents ranked E-mails/e-newsletters #2. Pay per click search ranked #3. The term conversions relates to a call to action and can include sales, sales leads, downloads, etc.
It’s interesting to note that these foundational elements of many Internet marketing strategies continue to deliver results, when implemented correctly. The study revealed additional information that you might find insightful as well.
