76% Relying More on Web: Entrepreneur Magazine Article

July 21, 2009 By: Duane Coleman Category: Internet Marketing, SEO - Search Engine Optimization

The July 14, 2009 edition of Entrepreneur Magazine revealed that 76% of the respondents to Ray Silverstein’s “How Are We Doing?” survey are relying more on the web, especially with regards to marketing and sales.

And of this 76%, 42% of respondents revamped their website or increased SEO activities.  The reason is the low costs associated with Internet activity.

According to Ray Silverstein, entrepreneurs are optimistic and we are too as it relates to the web.  Very few marketing and sales tools provide the reach of the Internet, the ability to pre-qualify traffic and a means of measuring the effectiveness of precious marketing dollars.
